Professional Use Policy
Please note that our products are specifically designed and intended for professional use. If you purchase our products for DIY purposes or to test them out at home, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Our return policy is focused on ensuring satisfaction for those using our products as intended, in a professional setting.

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you notice the product is not correct or not working properly, please stop using it immediately and contact us.

Unless items are defective, returns may not be accepted, and a refund will not be given.  Please contact us before attempting to return any product.

To initiate a return, please provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted (7-10 business days on average).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sales@viperproducts.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
