This is  the Color muse sensor used with the color muse app and our color lock  library. it will read a color and send it to your cell phone and give you a close match to our color library to get a formula.  This will allow you to get to the color much faster then starting from scratch. You must have the color lock pignments and clear bases to use this it will not work with the blended system or competitors paint colors.
